Used to always be holding a cup for dog to drink from the back or had to get out of vehicle and go dig out his dish and put water in it - but no more!Put this in the SUV whenever I go out with pup. Back seats are down and the extra screw-on thing that can go into cupholders gets wedged between the middle console and where the back seat is down, fitting perfectly and the bowl rests on the back of the down seat.- It doesn't slide around and there's no fear of it tipping over.- The smart lid design keeps the water inside and from splashing if you only take the small top off - but he can drink.- If you take the entire 2-part lid off its easy to clean or he can drink that way too. It's just less splash resistant with the entire thing off.- Love being able to reach right from the driver's seat and pour water into his dish, if needed. Or take the lid off for him to drink. Sometimes I leave it off when we're driving but he never drinks from it then cause he's busy looking out the window.- Love that you can unscrew the added cupholder holder from the bottom of the lid and use it like a normal dog bowl on the ground. It's multi-functional!Love this bowl and cannot believe there aren't more makers of these types of dog bowls.
