Love this collar. We have been using this collar for our 5 year old beagle (33 lb) since he was 2. I just bought another because he finally got it so dirty that even the washing machine couldn't clean it. We like to keep our dog's collar off in the house because he tends to shove his head in places it doesn't belong and has gotten caught by his collar a couple times. He also loves to go out to take frequent bathroom breaks so the snap buckle was necessary to make our lives easier. The buckle still works great after 3 years and shows no signs of losing its strength. The collar is constructed very well. He is a puller and nothing ever broke or wore out on it. The material of the collar itself is really nice. It is soft and smooth and we never saw any fraying, even after 3 years of rolling in the mud and other unspeakable things and frequent rounds in the washing machine.
