I LOVE these shoes! I use them as house shoes/slippers. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis (autoimmune disease that affects ALL my joints from the neck down, plus organs and other issues like severe pain ect), fibromyalgia, plantar facitis and neuropathy in my feet. One of my issues from the fibromyalgia is being extremely heat sensitive and having issues with feeling extremely hot (like someone turned on a furnace in me) even in air conditioning sometimes. I usually wear slippers in the house because we don't wear shoes in the house and have all hardwood & ceramic floors which can be painful for my feet, other joints and back. Unfortunately, even opened toed slippers were adding to my overheating, especially during a particular bad bout since summer started.I decided to take a look on Amazon and came across these slide sandals! I already own three pair of Sketchers Go Walk shoes and a pair of flip flops with the Goga Mat footbed (I still wear my first pair from 6+ years ago). They're ALL extremely comfortable while also being supportive of all of my foot, my high arches and the rest of my body so I figured I'd give them a try as slippers or house shoes.I have had them two days and I AM THRILLED!!!! They are SUPER COMFORTABLE and SUPPORTIVE while letting the heat out of my feet when I'm having overheating issues. The straps are soft and comfortable and don't rub. I have a large kitchen and long hallways so you can log A LOT of steps in my house without even going to another floor (LOL..I found this out when I got my first fitness watch.) I was feeling really bad the day I received them with severe pain and overheating, but still needed to cook some dinner. I was dreading it as my back injury was acting up too, but I try to make sure I eat properly so I don't make my health situation worse. (Lol, I know, it sounds like I'm ancient, but I just got sick young :) I got up and put my new slippers/sandals/slides on and they really helped! I have had them on my feet ever since I got them anytime I'm in the house and I am so happy! This is EXACTLY what I was looking for!I can't say they're the most fashionable slide sandals, but they're blue and pink (fav colors other than black), cheerful and SUPER COMFORTABLE and SUPPORTIVE! I absolutely LOVE them so far and definitely recommend them for both in and out of the house! (I keep this pair only for wear in the house.) They're great to wear after you get out of the shower too! No matter how much I dry my feet and between my toes it always made my other slippers slightly damp so I'd have to change pairs. No issues with these! They also give me some traction around the house too! I might even buy a pair for when I go back to indoor swimming in the fall for back and forth between the pool and the locker room.As for sizing, I wear a 9/9.5 women's (mostly 9.5 now) and I ordered a Size 10. It fits well, but there is a slight extra bit in the length. It doesn't bother me at all though as it's not much especially once I start walking (I bought my Sketchers flip flops in a Size 10 too and wear them all over the place very comfortably.) I might have been able to wear the Size 9 too, but I'm happy with these! I'd rather have a little bit extra in length in slides and flip flops, since your foot does move a bit sometimes, than chance them being a little too short and overhanging when you walk. If you're in between sizes like me and you're not sure you could always purchase both sizes and use the free returns to send back the pair you don't want. (They might have the free 7 day Try On period with these, but I can't remember.)I hope I answered everything you might want to know!
